All about email and the difference between online and offline working

Can you send your manuscript by post?

There are 3 ways to pay

Do it yourself via one of our secure, on-line payment providers, WorldPay or PayPal
Use the form to send your card details which we process through our payment provider
Send a cheque No cash please.

The choice is yours because....

Some people are used to paying online

Others prefer to work offline because their link is unreliable or expensive

Many find it stressful to work online

There is also a sizeable community which doesn't use cards

Use of forms

	The forms have boxes for the information you need to send.
	It makes sense to gather the information, such as the word count, before you start to complete the form.
	When you click the submit button, the data is sent to WritersServices.
	You must work online for the forms to work. (Or use the email option, so you can prepare the forms offline and send them when you are ready)
	Most forms have a 'clear data' button which you can press to remove the information which those who share your computer might be able to read if they use the computer.

You can send us the information we need in an email if the forms do not work. The forms guide you through the information we need.

A simple order or request-a-quote form (and the email alternative)
Your card payment details for us to process (and the email alternative)
File upload - Just attach it to an email to order@writersservices.com

You can just email us with your order if you don't want to use the forms. Please explain in the email what you want and attach any files.
